These terms apply to sirongofarms.co.ke, the free Sirongo Farm Digest and the paid Farm Pro membership, run by Sirongo Farms Agribusiness, Nairobi, Kenya. By using the site or subscribing you agree to them.
Information, not professional advice
Our articles, newsletters and templates share practical farming and money knowledge in good faith. They are general information, not personalised agronomic, veterinary, financial, legal or investment advice. Market prices change quickly and differ by location, so check current prices locally before you buy or sell. You are responsible for decisions you make on your own farm and with your own money.
The free Farm Digest
The Digest is free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
Farm Pro membership
- Price and billing. Farm Pro costs the price shown on the Farm Pro page at the time you join, billed monthly through Paystack until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time by using the link in your Paystack receipt or by emailing info@sirongofarms.co.ke. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Refunds. If you are not happy with your first month, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After that, payments for months already started are not refunded.
- Failed payments. If a renewal fails, we keep your access open for a short grace period while Paystack retries. If payment still fails, membership ends.
- Price changes. We will email members at least 30 days before any price change takes effect.
- Personal use. Farm Pro content is for you and your farm or chama. Please do not resell or republish it in full.
Orders and services
Produce, fish, consultancy and training are agreed directly with us by phone, WhatsApp or email. Prices, quantities and delivery are confirmed at the time of each order.
Content and intellectual property
Text, images and the Sirongo Farms name and logo belong to Sirongo Farms. You are welcome to share links to our articles and to quote short parts with credit.
Liability
We work hard to keep information accurate, but we cannot guarantee it is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site or newsletters. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Privacy
How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
